Each jug contains a pre-measured amount of USP grade anhydrous citric acid. Filling each jug with AAMI quality water to the marked – – – -Fill Line- – – – and mixing until dissolved yields one gallon of 50% citric acid solution.

The resulting 50% citric acid solution is to be used in accordance with the hemodialysis machine manufacturer`s citric-heat disinfection procedure instructions.
